Abstract

The article is devoted to the design and implementation of energy-efficient mid-rise residential complexes. The key stages of creating such objects are considered: from the development of a concept, including the selection of energy-efficient technologies and materials, to practical implementation taking into account modern standards of environmental friendliness and resource conservation. Particular attention is paid to the integration of renewable energy sources, optimization of thermal insulation and automation of building management systems. Examples of successful projects are given that demonstrate a balance between living comfort, environmental friendliness and economic feasibility.
