Abstract

The article is devoted to the issues of sustainable construction and the application of energy-efficient approaches in the design of tuberculosis and pulmonology hospitals in Uzbekistan. The article considers modern trends in the construction of medical institutions with an emphasis on energy saving, improving environmental sustainability and creating comfortable conditions for patients and medical staff. Technological solutions using renewable energy sources, as well as innovations in heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems that reduce energy consumption and minimize the impact on the environment are analyzed. The effectiveness of such approaches in the context of the climate and social significance of medical institutions in Uzbekistan is assessed. The article also offers recommendations for the further development of sustainable construction in the field of healthcare, taking into account the specifics of tuberculosis and pulmonology clinics.
