WOMEN'S PARTICIPATION IN SUSTAINABLE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AND THE INTEGRATION OF GREEN ECONOMY INITIATIVES

Abstract

The thesis examines the organizational and economic foundations of strengthening women’s participation in ensuring sustainable economic development and integrating green economic initiatives. The study analyzes issues of reducing women’s poverty, their broad involvement in environmentally sustainable economic activities, particularly in areas such as renewable energy, zero-waste production, and the cultivation of environmentally friendly products. Opportunities for achieving socio-economic stability through increasing women’s employment are identified.
