Mitigating the Negative Impact of Climate Change on the Economy

Abstract

This article briefly covers the current state of global climate change, the causes behind it, and its negative consequences. It also discusses the reforms being implemented worldwide, by the United Nations (UN), and in Uzbekistan to counteract the adverse effects of climate change. The main objective is to emphasize that the negative impacts of climate change do not belong to a single country or region; since we all share the same planet, it is a global issue that requires joint efforts for its resolution.
