During our observation, 10 patients of different ages and genders with pharyngeal tonsil hypertrophy were studied. The examinations were conducted at the Chemistry University Hospital under the Tashkent International University of Chemistry. The selected patients underwent adenotomy surgery after ineffective conservative therapy. Their general blood test results, complaints, and medical histories were analyzed. The allergy index (AI) was also evaluated using a special formula. Normally, it ranges from 0.68 to 1.08, but in patients with allergies, it can rise to 2.37 or higher. The index for calculating allergization was determined using the formula: (Lymphocytes + 10) × (Eosinophils + 1) / (Neutrophils + Monocytes). Among the 10 patients, 3 were boys and the rest were girls. In terms of age groups, there were 2 infants (1–3 years old), 6 preschool children (3–6 years old), and 3 school-aged children (7–12 years old).
