Angiogenesis is the process of forming new blood vessels and plays a crucial role in tumor cell growth and metastasis. In all solid tumors, the development of new blood vessels and the metastatic process are highly dependent on angiogenesis. Brain tumors, in particular, are characterized by intense angiogenic activity. Therefore, strategies aimed at inhibiting angiogenesis are considered a promising direction for disease control. Moreover, identifying angiogenesis indicators in brain tumor biopsies using histological methods is of great importance for evaluating the biological characteristics of the disease and predicting the effectiveness of treatment.
