At the Nephrology Department of the Multidisciplinary Clinic of the Tashkent Medical Academy (TMA), 87 patients with stage 3 and 4 chronic kidney disease (CKD) were selected and divided into two research groups. The first group consisted of 45 CKD patients, and the second group included 42 CKD patients. In all patients, serum potassium, sodium, calcium, and phosphorus levels were measured, as well as homocysteine levels using a special enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method.
