During our observation, 10 patients of different ages and genders with adenoid hypertrophy were studied. The examinations were conducted at the Chemistry University Hospital affiliated with Tashkent International Chemistry University. The selected patients underwent adenotomy surgery after ineffective conservative therapy. Patients’ complete blood count parameters, complaints, and medical history were analyzed. The allergization index (AI) was also calculated using a special formula. The normal range is 0.68–1.08, while in patients with allergies, it rises to 2.37 or higher. The allergization index was calculated using the formula: (Lymphocytes + 10) × (Eosinophils + 1) / (Neutrophils + Monocytes). Of the 10 patients, 3 were boys and the remaining were girls. Among the studied patients, 2 were infants (1–3 years old), 6 were preschool-aged children (3–6 years), and 3 were school-aged children (7–12 years). All patients provided analyses during healthy periods without signs of inflammation. All analyses and clinical signs were entered into a special program developed for physicians called “Accurate Assessment of Adenoid Vegetation in Patients.”
