This article analyzes the formation of an innovative environment that ensures the sustainable development of entrepreneurial entities during the transition to a green economy and examines the factors influencing it. Climate change, rational use of resources, stricter environmental requirements, digital solutions, and the adaptability of state policy are studied as the main determinants of the formation of an innovative environment. The analysis is carried out based on national and international experiences, and the effectiveness of mechanisms supporting small and medium-sized businesses in Uzbekistan during the transition to a green economy is evaluated. The article also develops proposals for creating a sustainable entrepreneurship model under conditions of innovative transformation.
