This article scientifically substantiates the process of transforming the activities of small businesses and private entrepreneurship in accordance with the green economy. In particular, factors such as environmental sustainability, energy efficiency, waste recycling, and resource conservation necessitate the transition of small business structures to new innovative business models. The article provides an in-depth analysis of the economic essence, ecological benefits, and strategic necessity of these changes. The study examines the institutional, financial, technological, and informational infrastructure factors that influence the implementation of ecological innovations in small businesses. Additionally, international experiences — including mechanisms for promoting green-oriented small businesses in the European Union, South Korea, Turkey, and China — are analyzed.
